5 Steps to Shifting Our World and Your Life Forever!

We are living in some of the most fascinating times ever. Depending on your mindset, they are either the most chaotic and scary times…or the most exciting and exhilarating times.

Chaos normally precedes peace. The chaos is a form of disruption, forcing us to wake up and change our ways. Our world has been on an unsustainable path of destruction.

Fortunately we are collectively waking up and taking action. We are starting to understand that we are all connected and we need to take care of each other, our animals, our environment and our beautiful planet.

We want peace not war. We want healthy, natural food not chemical crap passed off as food. We want loving, supportive relationships not drama and toxic interactions. We want trustworthy, authentic leaders not two faced people leading with a hidden agenda. We want genuine connections to real people not superficial likes and followers.

Let’s look at this from a cosmic level first. Our solar system is moving into an area in our galaxy that has a higher frequency. Schumann’s resonance has been changing drastically since 2015. It had been measured at a steady pace of 7.83 hz since it was first discovered/measured in 1954. In 2015 it started having anomalies, doubling and tripling for short periods of time. These energetic frequencies are increasing both in intensity and time. Much of this can be measured through the electromagnetic frequencies as well as plasma waves. This helps to explain how you may be feeling off or why we see such chaos right now.

In order to change our external world, we must all start from within. I believe we are all being called to do our own inner work. The majority of us are carrying emotional baggage in a cellular level that if affecting our lives today, whether we know this consciously or not, is another thing.

If we consider a micro level, there are many saying now that these energies are changing our DNA from a carbon base to a crystalline base. I haven’t found so much mainstream science on this yet but the idea is certainly interesting. This is why I think we are seeing so many emotions and situations showing up in our own lives during this transition.

There are five steps that can help as we work towards raising our own frequency…

1) Process Emotions

We need to feel our emotions on a conscious level. Don’t stuff them inside and don’t let them rage out of control. Be in the moment, name the emotion and thoroughly feel it so it passes through you. Have compassion for yourself and others if they hurt you because generally hurt people hurt people. When you understand this, you can shift yourself into a place of compassion and understanding. Take responsibility for your emotions and work towards being proactive by responding rather than reactive by being triggered. Only you can do that!

2) Heal Traumas

The emotional baggage we haven’t processed gets stuck on an emotional and cellular level. Over time, these affect our relationships and worse can have a negative impact on our health. When we can heal wounds and traumas, we lighten our load. The best way to heal is through forgiveness, both for others and for you. Forgiving yourself is sometimes the hardest person to forgive but do it anyway. We all make mistakes! The key is to take the lesson from all of those traumas and have a sense of gratitude because it showed you how to be resilient!

3) Ground Yourself

If a storm is coming, you tether in your boat and batten down the hatches, right? The chaos around us is that storm. Spend time in nature, meditate, and practice mindfulness to ground yourself. Practice conscious gratitude and focus on love and things that bring you joy. Educate yourself and be relentless in pursuing the truth. There are certain forces that want you to live in fear. Ignore that and choose love instead. We all have this immense creative power within ourselves—learn to work with it! We are spiritual beings having a human experience. So do what it takes to find your inner peace and then guard it fiercely!

4) Dream Big

Now is more than ever the time for you to manifest your dreams. What is the world YOU want to live in? Focus on that. When we can come together to share a collective dream—you know, something like world peace—then we can create it together! There are 7.7 billion people on the planet today. When we come together, we can solve our problems. There are so many brilliant minds that can create solutions to some of the biggest issues right now. So think about how YOU want to make an impact. And don’t worry about starting small—it all starts with that first step. But keep your vision big in your mind and take actions steps each day to move forward. Use the power of your imagination and don’t be afraid to dream big! The world needs those special talents and gifts that only you have to give.

5) Be Open-Minded

It’s so important in this day and age to stop the judgments and be open-minded. There is so much disinformation and misinformation out there so be vigilant to find the truth out for yourself. Research, talk to others with curiosity and openness rather than being rigid or getting triggered, feel into what feels right to you. Our bodies are amazing in giving us information when we know how to listen to it and trust our gut or intuition. Know that it is OK to agree to disagree and choose not be enemies. Look for what we have in common and build each other up instead. This will go a long way in building solid relationships with others.

By working on these five steps, it will help prepare you and make this global shift easier for you to handle. We all have our own part to contribute. Let’s do this together and create the wonderful world we know we can!

Can We Change the World with Intentions?

Yes we can! We are way more powerful than we’ve been led to believe!

I recently finished reading The Power of Eight by Lynne McTaggart (which I can highly recommend) and she has been on a quest to figure out why intentions work so well. Lynne is an investigative journalist turned bestselling author and uses her skills to take a very scientific analytical approach to showing how we really are all connected (her books The Field and The Bond go into this in depth). With over a decade of research into intentions and working with groups, what she discovered is that while the person or object of intention received amazing healing/energy/positive impacts, etc, the act of sending intentions to others has a profound positive impact on the sender as well. And the effect is magnified when it is done in groups.

We have a tremendous creative power within ourselves, and our thoughts and emotions absolutely help us to create our world and life experiences. Whether we are doing this on a conscious level or not is up to the level of understanding we have gained. The majority of people live their lives by default not understanding this creative force we have within us. Often they are creating things they do NOT want in their lives, especially through fear and worrying. Once you start to learn about this creative power within, it changes your life forever. You can start to test this with smaller things until you gain the confidence to know that YOU are the one creating your reality. This knowledge puts you into the driver’s seat of your life.

After reading The Power of Eight, I am going to start experimenting with this in a dedicated way. I’ve worked with mastermind groups and teams for many years in various forms. Participating in global meditations always feels powerful. Sometimes we can feel so freaking small that we can’t do anything with all the major problems in the world…but the fact is that we CAN, especially if we work with others. What Lynne discovered in her years of research is that the power of intentions is magnified significantly when groups come together. And there’s plenty of research that shows how group intentions/prayers/meditations really do have an impact on society.

So let’s celebrate this immense power we have within ourselves and let’s use it as a force for GOOD. Let’s come together in groups of friends and loved ones to set the intentions of a peaceful and loving world where everyone’s needs are taken care of. We can do this—especially when we come together.

We can make a conscious choice to stay away from the divisiveness and the fear; instead we can choose love, compassion, and understanding. We can be a part of the solution. We are truly one and the energy that binds us together is love. Let’s use this in a positive way, and set the intention to create the lives we want and the world we can be proud to leave to our grandchildren!

Is Self Care Selfish?

Many mothers will tell you that they put their children and families needs first. Now while taking care of your family is and should be a high priority….taking care of yourself FIRST should be an even higher priority. Often our societal norms dictate that we should be selfless, and think of others before ourselves, that it is selfish to think of yourself.

I learned early on when I had young children that I needed what I called “mommy time” every once and a while. My mom or my husband would take the kids off to do something fun with them, and I could just BE. I didn’t have to do anything. In fact, just sitting on the sofa reading a book or taking a nap was heaven. This time was vital for me.

Now that the kids are grown, I’m finding a new way to have “my time” and it is essential. With the corporate clients I work with, there are so many who have calendars that are jam-packed. Recently in a meeting with an HR Director, she was trying to find a time for a follow-up meeting, and I saw as she scrolled through her calendar, that is was non-stop meetings from 8 to 5 every single day for weeks in advance. I asked her if she’s catching up on her real work after she puts her kids to bed and I could tell I hit a nerve. Yes, she was taking time after hours to complete what should have been her normal day-to-day tasks.

It is not an uncommon story. Unfortunately, I see it more and more and this is NOT sustainable.

Scheduling time for self-care is not a luxury—it’s a necessity!

When you take care of yourself first, you are then able to give more to others. Why do you think on airplanes you’re supposed to put your air mask on first before your kids? Same reasoning. If you aren’t doing well, how can you expect to take care of others?

So drop the guilt or the shame or the overwhelm. Be selfish! Because it’s not! Block out time in your calendar if you have to. Otherwise, there’s a high risk that eventually you may burn out or that your body will give you a major health issue that will stop you in your tracks.

Discover the things that feed your soul and put them into your days and weeks regularly. It can be taking a walk, being out in nature, painting, yoga, meditation, biking, spending quality time with your best friend, dancing, skiing, whatever it might be. Just do it! You will be glad. Especially because it’s the things that recharge our batteries that will give us a life we love to live.

The Power of Practicing Peace

We are in some crazy times and if you watch anything on the news or TV, you’d think the world might be coming to an end.

Let me tell you that this is not true.

According to research by Peter Diamandis, best selling author of Abundance, and many others, we are living in the most abundant and peaceful times right now.

However, that is not what mainstream media wants you to believe. It is a machine that churns out negative news to keep us in fear.

Yes, there are atrocities still happening in the world and I am not denying that. Yes, there are still horrible incidents occurring that should not be. No human being should be losing their life in violence and we definitely should not be killing each other—ever!

But what we are seeing is the revealing of old systems that are dying right now. We are bringing out dated belief systems to light so that we can understand that it is time to move on. These old ways of thinking no longer serve us! And it’s time to transmute them by consciously choosing to think, feel, and believe something else.

Humanity is waking up and choosing love over fear. It is a joy to see this!

The reality is that peace starts inside, with each and everyone one of us. When you can keep the calm during the chaos, you influence the situation around you by modeling something positive.

This was a lesson I learned all too well sitting wrongly accused in a high security holding facility for almost four years. It is possible to practice peace, to choose love over fear, and to positively impact those around you by doing this.

So when you start to feel overwhelmed by the circumstances around you…look closely around you and know that you are a powerful being who can influence the world. You can choose to have thoughts of love, compassion, forgiveness, healing, and peace, and send that out into the world instead.

I had a clear vision once where I saw how polluted the world really was by all of our emotional baggage and drama. I saw the earth from space covered with a thick grey smog or clouds and the war zones were black clouds. But there were beams of light shooting out through those clouds. Those beams of light were people who were practicing peace, love, and joy.

OK, now you might think that sounds hokey. But those beams of light are powerful. And they do break up the collective emotional pollution. The more people that can practice peace in their own lives, the sooner we will all have peace.

The key is to know that it all starts inside of us.

We are each more powerful than we’ve ever been led to believe or understand.

So what can you do now in the midst of all this turmoil?

Turn off the TV. Stop reading the news, or read it in limited quantities. Research shows that five minutes of negative news in the morning has a negative impact for up to eight hours the rest of the day!

Trust me, you’ll still hear about the important things you need to know about anyway. And choose to find the joy in your life. Appreciate all the good things that are happening. And find peace in knowing that we are in the middle of the greatest transformative times in our lives. Be a part of the solution…not a part of the problem.

Help make the world a better place for everyone.  The time is now.

Start practicing peace daily.

Global Meditation for Peace During Eclipse

By now, you’ve surely seen information regarding the full eclipse that is covering the entire US on August 21st. An eclipse like this hasn’t happened in decades. Hotels have been sold out along the Path of Totality for over a year and millions of people are traveling to see the eclipse in its full glory.

Even if you are in a part of the world where you can’t actually see it in person (you can always watch it in real time online), apparently the energies coming with this eclipse will be powerful. There is a global call going out with various groups coming together to share in a mass global meditation, a call for peace and prosperity on our planet. However you want to do this, I’d invite you to join in this global event wherever you are.

When we come together with a common vision through meditation, wonderful things can happen (scientific studies have proven the positive effects of people coming together collectively in this way). This is OUR chance to make a difference. All it takes is 15 minutes on August 21st at 11:11 PST/20:11 CET. Please take a look at the resources below.

A lot of details regarding the eclipse are listed here.

One last note I’ve come across….in seven years, there will be another full eclipse across the US. There seems to be a cycle in seven years and X marks the spot!

Makes me wonder what this all means. I guess only time will tell! In the meantime, let’s do what we all can do to co-create a positive world for ALL of us now!
